Field teams and multi-location businesses needed a way to record attendance that was accurate, hard to fake, and connected directly to payroll — without buying enterprise HR software built for a different scale of company.
Manual sign-in sheets and basic check-in apps could not confirm staff were actually on-site, especially across multiple branches or field locations.
Attendance data lived in one system, payroll in another. HR staff spent hours each month reconciling hours worked against pay runs by hand.

Agara built Hadir! as a React Native app with a Node.js backend — one system covering check-in, leave, payroll, and reporting.
Employees check in and out from their phone. Location is captured at the moment of check-in, so managers can confirm staff were on-site.
A web admin panel shows who is present, absent, or late across every branch, updated as check-ins happen — no phone calls required.
Attendance data flows directly into payroll processing, removing the manual reconciliation step between hours worked and pay runs.
Staff submit leave requests in-app with a clear approval chain and visible balances. Company-wide announcements reach every employee in one place.
